If you’re simply unhappy about your life or so unhappy that you can barely get out of bed this can work for you! This will make you feel better. You will be amazed that something so simple, so easy to do can have such a profoundly positive effect on you! Do this exercise for two week and see how you feel. If you want you can keep doing it for as long as you like after the two weeks and you will keep getting great results. You can go from frustration, despair or hopelessness to a fulfilling life. But you have to do something about it. Here is the tool you need to use. It seems very simple but it dose a lot and cost you nothing so just give it an honest try for two weeks. All you need to have is some paper and a pin or pencil. If you don’t have these you can do it in your head put it is much better to right this stuff down on paper.

At end of each day you will right down 5 things that happened that day that brought you Happiness, Joy or Appreciation. Yes, it is that simple. But it is far more powerful than it is simple.

OK, I know that some times we are so down on life and maybe our selves that even this may seem like a impossibility. If this is where you are right now I understand. Now I need you to understand that you need to do this more than any one! You can appreciate the fact that you woke up this morning. You can appreciate the fact that you are still breathing. You get the idea. You can do this. You just start where you are and keep going. Life can get better. You can have Happiness, Joy and Appreciation in your life and this simple exercise can help you get there. There is a lot scientist behind this simple exercise and it is very effective for every one no matter if you need a little help or a lot.
